Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, installing, or using any aftermarket product sold by Huber Products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all products are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” The customer assumes all risks associated with the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

Huber Products shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, death, loss of use, loss of profits, or vehicle/equipment damage, arising from or related to the installation or use of any aftermarket product, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Installation and use of aftermarket products may alter original manufacturer specifications and may void all or part of the original manufacturer’s warranty. Huber Products makes no representation or warranty regarding compatibility, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huber Products, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the installation or use of the product.
